Meet the Family
Scott Horrar
Owner
Scott began his lockdoctor partnership with Michael at the beginning of 2012. Scott's decision to leave Toyota Manufacturing after 17 1/2 years seemed crazy to everyone. Through prayer and the support of his wife, he took a leap of faith to begin his lockdoctor adventure.
Scott has a remarkable way with people, with a knack for helping them feel comfortable and at home. He has used the knowledge and experience he gained from his tenure at Toyota to help lockdoctor become the company it is today.
Scott is happily married to LaVonda Horrar. They have three married sons and eight grandchildren. Brandon, a financial analyst, is married to Sarah. Aaron, a United States Marine, is married to Joanna. Ryan, a store manager, is married to Ashlee. Scott and LaVonda love to spend time with their family, watch movies, play volleyball, travel, serve their church, and take walks in their neighborhood.
Michael Luka
Owner
Michael acquired lockdoctor in January 2010 from his brother with the hopes of building a business that would serve both his community and family well. Over the years his skills have grown with the needs of the business. Michael can do it all but he is an expert at both cars and safes. He spends many hours keeping up to date on the techniques and programming needed for the newer vehicles of today; always wanting to be ahead of the competition so he can serve our customers.
Michael is the go-to man here at lockdoctor, always fielding calls to help the other techs. We are thankful he can multitask well! He has a serving spirit and is always looking for ways to help the team and customers. Michael loves what he does and looks forward to meeting new people daily.
Michael is the proud dad of Bryce and Margaret; “Dad” is his favorite title. He enjoys all the time he can get with his kids. They love sports, playing board games, being outdoors and going on adventures. They truly are his pride and joy!
Jennifer
Dispatcher
Jennifer started with lockdoctor in July of 2020 as our dispatcher and has taken our call volume and quality to a new level. She has excellent customer service and has a passion for solving customer’s problems and making them feel like family. She can problem solve on the fly and is great at multitasking! Jennifer has an amazing work ethic and a heart of gold. But be nice to her, she may be small but is a fierce redhead and we would not want you to experience her wrath or even worse, raising the price on your service! Just kidding!! Jennifer has three kids who she loves with everything in her!
